My recent reports

Under the form, My recent reports lists the reports you’ve filed, newest first. If you haven’t filed any yet it says “Nothing yet. File your first report above when you work over or under your schedule.”

  • The amount — At the top: how much time, shown as minutes under an hour (e.g. +45 min) or hours (e.g. −1.5 hr). A + in green means extra; a in amber means fewer.
  • The status tag:
    • pending — filed, waiting for Zoe to review.
    • approved — Zoe accepted it; it now counts toward your flex balance.
    • rejected — Zoe didn’t accept it. A red line shows her reason, starting with “Zoe:”
    • cancelled — you cancelled it before it was decided.
  • The details — Below the amount: the date and what happened (“extra hours” or “fewer hours”), and — if you added one — your note in italics.
  • What it is — A small button that appears only on a report still marked pending.
  • What happens — Tapping it withdraws the report (it flips to cancelled). There’s no “are you sure?” pop-up, so tap deliberately.
  • Watch out — Once Zoe has approved or rejected a report, the Cancel this button is gone — you can’t cancel a decided one. If an approved report is wrong, tell Zoe; she can undo it.
