What it is — When a teacher submits a report, the office gets a summary email with a link to this queue. That’s the only email the tool sends on its own.
What does NOT send an email — Approving/rejecting, recording leave or flex, sending or locking a confirmation, and settlements send no email. Confirmation reminders are shown in-app only. Pay stubs are delivered by QuickBooks Workforce — invite each teacher there once, in QuickBooks.
